These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Zevbuild Studio (“Zevbuild”, “we”, or “us”). By visiting our website, downloading our code, or utilizing our client-side software applications and predictive tools, you agree to these Terms in full.
Zevbuild Studio builds zero-knowledge cryptographic software (such as ZevSafe). You retain 100% custody and responsibility for your master passwords, passphrases, and private encryption keys. Because we maintain zero key custody, Zevbuild cannot recover or decrypt your data if you lose your credentials.
01. Scope & Nature of Services
Zevbuild Studio engineers independent, client-side digital software, including offline-first utilities, cryptographic privacy vaults, civic transit applications, and quantitative statistical engines. Our applications are delivered primarily as client-side Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) that run directly within the visitor's device sandbox.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature or software tool at any time without prior liability.
02. Cryptographic Zero-Custody Responsibilities
When using Zevbuild's encryption tools (such as ZevSafe or client-side file obfuscators):
- Client-Side Execution: All cryptographic operations (
AES-256-GCMencryption andPBKDF2-SHA512key derivation) execute entirely on your CPU/memory. - No Master Key Backdoors: There are no administrative backdoors, master reset keys, or cloud recovery mechanisms. If you forget your password, your encrypted data is permanently inaccessible.
- Lawful Content Ownership: You warrant that you have the lawful right to encrypt, process, and retain all files or data handled through Zevbuild tools, and that your use does not violate applicable export controls or criminal statutes.
03. Mathematical Models & Algorithmic Forecast Disclaimer
Zevbuild provides quantitative analytical models (including the Kalyan Matka Quantitative Predictor). By accessing or viewing these tools, you explicitly acknowledge and agree:
All numerical predictions, Markov transition matrix outputs, Jodi rankings, and OTC (Open To Close) probability distributions are purely theoretical probability estimates generated for academic, statistical research, educational modeling, and entertainment purposes.
- No Financial or Gambling Advice: Zevbuild does not offer gambling services, wagering platforms, financial advice, or guaranteed monetary returns. Lottery and market draws are independent, random, or high-risk events where the operator retains a statistical edge.
- Zero Liability for Wagers or Gameplay: Zevbuild Studio, its contributors, and developers hold zero liability for any financial losses, monetary decisions, or damages incurred from reliance upon analytical charts or forecasts.
- Jurisdictional Compliance: Gaming, lottery, and prize competition regulations vary by state, nation, and region. Users are solely responsible for verifying and complying with all applicable gaming laws in their local jurisdiction.
04. Acceptable Use & System Integrity
You agree not to use Zevbuild services or endpoints to:
- Conduct automated denial-of-service (DDoS), scrape public infrastructure aggressively, or intentionally degrade server uptime.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or exploitative binary payloads.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.
- Attempt to compromise, intercept, or tamper with Cloudflare Pages delivery networks or GitHub repository pipelines.
05. Voluntary Donations & Sponsorships
Zevbuild provides free, open-source, and client-side utilities without paywalls. Any financial contributions made via UPI or external sponsorship mechanisms are strictly voluntary gratuities to support infrastructure maintenance and open-source R&D.
Voluntary donations are final, non-refundable, and do not constitute purchases of equity, contractual service-level agreements (SLAs), or licensed products.
06. Intellectual Property & Licenses
Zevbuild’s open-source source code repositories are distributed under the permissive MIT License on GitHub. You are free to inspect, fork, and adapt our code according to license terms.
The “Zevbuild”, “ZevSafe”, and “CollegeBus” brand names, trademarks, logos, visual graphics, and styling remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zevbuild Studio.
07. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Provided strictly “AS IS” without express or implied warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zevbuild Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime guarantees, and non-infringement.
Under no circumstances shall Zevbuild Studio, its maintainers, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of business profits, hardware corruption, lost encryption keys, or financial outcomes) resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.
08. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Goa, Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Goa, India.
